| I have never seen my dad without a mustache. The only time that he attempted to get rid of it, I wasn’t born yet and my mom almost killed him. Sometimes he tries to grow a beard or do something with his facial hair to break the monotony (always keeping the mustache). Since October he has been growing a beard, and by coincidence I was doing the same here in Nashville. For me this was the longest I have let my facial hair grow and Leslie was getting tired of not being able to see my face. | Nunca he visto a mi papa sin bigote. La unica vez que el intento sacarselo, yo no habia nacido y mi mama casi lo mato. A veces el trata de dejar crecer su barba o hacer algo con el pelo de su cara para romper la monotnia (siempre manteniendo el bigote). Desde Octubre el ha dejado crecer su barba, y justo yo tambien estaba haciendo lo mismo aca en Nashville. Para mi esto ha sido lo mas largo que yo he dejado crecer la barba y Leslie ya se estaba aburriendo de no poder ver mi cara. |
| Since we both needed a good clean up, I got a new set of hair clippers and turned our bathroom into the Los Rodriguez Barber Shop. It was one of the last things we did before my family left town. The idea was to start the new year fresh and make my mom and Leslie happy! Of course Leslie wanted to document everything that was happening so she worked the camera while we worked the clippers…(until 2AM the night before my parents left). Here are the results! | Ya que los dos necesitabamos una buena limpieza, me compre una nueva maquina para cortar pelo y transformamos nuestro bano en la peluqueria Rodriguez. Fue una de las ultimas cosas que hicimos antes de que ellos tuvieran que volver a Chile. La idea era comenzar el nuevo ano de manera fresca y renovados, por lo que Leslie y mi mama estaban muy contentas! Por supuesto que Leslie quizo documentar todo lo que pasaba asi que ella trabajaba con su camara mientras nosotros trabajamos la cortadora de pelo…(hasta las 2 de la manana la noche antes de que mis papas se fueran). Aqui van los resultados! |

Creo que hay hombres que tienen su encanto con bigote y barba, asi es que ellos deben preocuparse de mantenerse siempre bien cortadas sus barbas y bigotes, ese es el caso de mi papá. Mi hermano se ve bien con ambos looks, aunque se ve más niño con la barba afeitada corta. Cariños …
